Terms of Service

These terms apply to campromediams.com and to the real estate photography, video, and related services provided by CamProMedia, a business operated by Cameron A Doran in Biloxi, Mississippi. By using our site, booking a shoot, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

Booking and orders

Orders are placed through our booking system at order.campromediams.com. Pricing, scheduling, payment, and cancellation details for an order are shown at checkout. If the checkout terms for a specific order differ from these terms, the checkout terms apply to that order.

Rescheduling and cancellation

CamProMedia does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive and the property is not ready. Things happen, and our goal is to work like part of your team. We may also reschedule for weather or safety, and will work with you to find the next available time.

Video revisions

Each listing video includes two rounds of edit revisions, each completed within 3 business days. Additional rounds are $75 each. Revisions cover edits to the footage we captured. A new shoot day is a separate service. Retainer videos and retainer revisions take 5-7 business days.

Ownership and license

Under U.S. copyright law, CamProMedia holds the copyright to all photos, video, and other media we create. Copyright is not transferred to anyone else without a specific written agreement.

Only the party who paid for our services may use the media, in any electronic or printed advertising, to promote that property. This license lasts only while the property is listed for sale, and the media cannot be reused without our written permission. The license goes with the ordering agent, not with the property or the seller.

• If a property is relisted with a different agent, standard listing photos, drone photos, and listing video can be re-licensed to the new agent for a fee.
• Custom marketing content, such as social media reels and custom AI or feature edits, is for the original agent only and is not transferable.
• We may use media we create in our own portfolio and marketing.

Text message terms

If you opt in to texts from CamProMedia, you may receive messages about appointments, deliveries, follow-ups, review requests, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@campromediams.com or (228) 239-9140. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as described in your order. To the extent allowed by law, CamProMedia's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
